    Driftwood Sculptures by artist Heather Jansch

    Each driftwood horse sculpture weighs three quarters of a ton and is free standing.  The sculpture must be strong enough to withstand heavy winds and be able to be displayed publicly.  The larger sculptures have a steel frame coated with glass fibre to which the driftwood is attached with wire, then nuts and screws.
